NOTE: This meeting included a two-hour "mini-retreat" with Commissioners breaking into small groups to discuss topics on which the Commission may initiate study during 2020. Commissioners prioritized the list of potential topics for consideration in early 2020 when any FY2020 legislative mandates and Governor directives are known (see Mandates for information on current legislative mandates and the upcoming "Governor's Letter" [HB18-1287]).
