Mandatory Parole Subcommittee

The Mandatory Parole Subcommittee concluded, but may be re-seated if additional topics arise in the future. The Mandatory Parole Subcommittee met from May 2015 to December 2015.

The role of the CCJJ Mandatory Parole Subcommittee was to review the current practices regarding mandatory parole and make recommendations to the Commission. This subcommittee was charged to complete this assignment during a six-month period. All members of the Subcommittee are appointed by the CCJJ Chair and Vice-Chair.
